LOLÍ

Once upon a time my father decided to import

the first Appaloosa breed horse to Italy.

These are the horses of the Native Americans

and are characterized by spots on their bottoms.

The first horse came by airplane. It was a very

unusual event at that time. The fact was bizarre

enough that an artist from Milan decided

to portray the horse with wings. This very image

later became the first logo of our estate.

“Lolí” actually represents that horse, which came

from America, an elegant, bizarre, unique and

unforgettable creature.

We pick the Syrah grapes just after veraison

and make a rose wine according to an ancestral

production method.  This is a unique wine, which

has a bright pink peach color and features an

extremely fine and elegant perlage.

Treated “Pét Nat” this wine reflects a slight shady

color yet provides primary elegant smells of red fruits,

grapefruit and fresh green apples together with

the smell of fermenting wine.
